FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS​

1. Choose the video package right for you.
Choose the video style that best suits your requirements.

2. Fill out our client questionnaire with all the details of your product.
Tell us everything we need to know about your product, target demographic, and requirements. Please be concise and detailed because this is how we determine the creative angle of your video!

3. If your product must be physically shown in video, ship your product to our studio & once we receive your product, we will complete your video within 5-10 business days.
Once we receive your product, you’ll receive email updates on the status of your video. During this time we’ll be producing & post-producing your video.

 

We offer rush delivery for an additional $500 per video which is a 5 Business Day turn around.

We do everything for you from scratch, including scripting, production and post-production. Our script writers will generate awesome ideas for your products as well as come up with the perfect scripting for product reviews.

We have our own Talent Director who sources the perfect actor for your video. Just let us know in the questionnaire if there’s a particular demographic you are looking for.

 

You can add 1 additional actor to your video on the questionnaire for $300. If you are interested in multiple actors, please contact us so we can prepare a custom offer for you.

We offer voice-overs and captions in 40 different languages including all of the European languages, American and British English, and even Hebrew.

Yes! This would be a custom package not listed on our website. Please email us with your requirements.

You are able to tell us as much as you wish about your product & special requirements in the questionnaire. We will do our very best to meet your expectations as long as they fit within our guidelines!

We offer discounts for bulk orders and to the returning customers.

We will work with you until you’re fully satisfied with your finished video. Please include as much information as possible in each video revision request to keep your revisions to a minimum due to the lengthy process of revisions. 

Revisions may include, but are not limited to:

  • Minor Caption Modifications (Grammar, Font Choice, Style/Color, Sizing, Positioning, Removing, Adding, Stylization)
  • Sequencing & Composition (Re-arrangement of Footage and Basic Framing)
  • Effect Modifications (Remove or Replace Effects or Transitions)
  • Color Correction
  • Sound Effects & Music Changes
Sure! We can edit your footage starting at $200 per video and make all the necessary post-production manipulations to it. Final quote may vary depending on number of clips.
Yes absolutely! Once you receive your video, you own the rights to your final video. RAW + Premiere files are an additional $300.
Yes, absolutely! There will be a $25 handling fee charge. We are not responsible for Custom’s Fees or International Shipments.
